Help with the Wellhead Field app.

Wellhead Field is the field app of DEMO — Southern WI Well & Pump, a Wisconsin well pump and pressure tank contractor. It replaces a paper job ticket: the technician records what was found at a well, what was installed, what was measured and what was sampled, and the office sees it. It is used by the company's own staff on phones the company has enrolled.

Getting into the app

• The app opens in demo mode with sample data, so anyone can see how it works without an account. Nothing entered in demo mode leaves the phone.
• To connect it to DEMO — Southern WI Well & Pump, a phone is enrolled with a code the office issues. Codes are single-use and expire in fifteen minutes; ask the office for one under Settings → Enrol this phone. There is no password to remember and nothing to reset.
• If the app says the phone was disconnected by the office, the office has cut that phone off. Work recorded on it is kept; ask the office for a fresh code and enrol again.

Working without signal

Everything a technician records is saved on the phone first and sent when there is signal. The count on the sync badge is what has not reached the office yet. Sync now under Settings sends it; a phone that has no signal for a week loses nothing.
